lava lamp science what kind of bar graph for lava lamp experiment?
I'm making a lava lamp project and I want to know what kind of bar graph i should make. I have two questions for my science project: (1.) Which is more dense water or oil? (2.) Does water temperature affect reaction? What bar graph should I make?
For (1), label Water and Oil along the x-axis and label Density along the y-axis.
This graph will have two vertical bars; one representing water and one representing oil.
For (2), label Water Temperature along the x-axis and label Reaction along the y-axis.
This graph will have multiple vertical bars; one for each temperature.
lava lamp science Does anybody have any middle school - high school Science Fair Project ideas?
I really am stuck and I have to turn in science fair ideas by Monday!
I really need help.
I can't do anything like: make volcanoes, lava lamps, etc.
Okay, usually I just troll here but I do have a really good one that I did. Send out empty vials to anybody that you know all over the country. Have them collect rain or river or whatever water for you then send it back. Test the pH of these samples then plot the results on a map. It's pretty cool. (And if you do it right the water should get more acidic as you move west to east across the US due to wind patterns)
