google lava lamp Is it true that lava lamps can give you a legal high?
I read it here: ( http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Ptitletw5d3hkxg2ld ) (bottom of the page), and there wasn't any more information given, but this really intrigued me. Unfortunately, I don't own a lava lamp, so can't test this theory out, but I'd love to know if anyone's heard anything similar, or knows what this relates to. I couldn't find anything on Google about it!

it may have become overheated, or not getting enough heat. First check the bulb, its not uncommon to have to replace the bulb on your lamp. If the lamp is on longer than what is recommended, it will cause overheating and ruin the lava. If you have replaced the bulb, and it didn't fix the problem, then there is a good chance that the lava is indeed stuck there for good. If you had replaced your bulb before this happened, there is a good chance the bulb wasn't the right watt making it too hot for the lava. I believe if it is a lava lite lamp, you can get a replacement for cheap from them.

27 lava lamp Birthday plans for my birthday?????????
my birthday is april 27th i know its early but i want to get it planned. ok my 1st idea was to have a party in my garage and have the walls be covered with black tarp so it will be dark and i could rent a disco ball from this place my dad knows and i have lava lamps and snacks and silly string and balloons but the other problem is tht i want to go to a hotel with my best friend and my parents said i CAN have 2 partys (cause my bff is shy)and anyways i dont think she would have a good time and my other idea was to invite a little anmount of ppl and we go ice skating or something and then they sleep over but i would think that it would be boring i need help pleaseee help me!!!!!!!! what should i do?!?!?!?!?!?!
Basically i am going to go to the hotel with my bff only but i can only have a small party wiht other ppl that doesnt cost that much should i just have the sleepover with my bff? or should i have one with my bff and a small bday party with my other friends?
I think you and your bff should do something really nice together. Is the other party really going to be any fun if she can't or won't go?

I love the 60s (and the 70s) with the hippies and all that great stuff lol. and i want to get some stuff for my room like that. im planning on getting beaded curtains for my door and a lava lamp, but is there anything else i should get?
